Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Senior Manager in People & Partnerships to oversee client delivery and drive growth of Philippines operations. You will lead a team of Account Managers and Specialists, ensure EBITDA targets, and maintain high service standards for assigned clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of operations leadership experience, excellent English communication, and a proven ability to manage complex programs onsite at MOA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; graduate studies will be an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Excellent English language skills; dependable to be at work during assigned shifts.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of clients and deliver EBITDA, growth, attrition, and NPS metrics.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and implement performance management and engagement activities.
• Oversee People & Partnerships team and develop capabilities to be best partner for clients.
• Provide input to policies and processes to improve the company.
