Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, seeks a People & Partnerships Director to lead strategy and client experience initiatives, ensuring EBITDA and client growth while optimizing operations across sites.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Committee, drive policies, supervise a team of Senior Managers and Account Managers, and oversee cost management and site compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 8+ years in a leadership role in operations management or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and business acumen initiatives with Leadership Committee (EBITDA, Client Growth, Attrition, NPS) and ensure site compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, People and Culture, IT, and Business Development to optimize operations and communication.
• Oversee cost management, site upkeep, seat allocation, and expansion planning; drive cost savings and timely disbursements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Client Experience Team (Senior Managers, Managers, Account Managers, Specialists).
