Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Senior Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, expand VIP player relationships, and develop new business opportunities within the casino industry. The role oversees local and international marketing, strengthens key client relationships, and mentors the Business Development team.

Qualifications

5+ years of managerial experience in Casino Marketing, Player Development, or related field.
Strong background in business development, VIP client management and revenue generation.
Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Must have an established network or adequate book of business.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase casino revenue.
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and high-value client networks.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP players, premium clients, and key business partners.
Oversee local and international marketing activities and initiatives.
Develop strategies to strengthen player loyalty, engagement, and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to Business Development Managers and their teams.
Monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies.
