Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced VIP Manager to lead our VIP operations in online casino and sportsbook. You will build strong relationships with high-value players, lead a small team, and drive retention and revenue performance.

The role requires extensive experience in VIP or high-value player management, plus leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of casino programs. You will collaborate with Marketing, Payments, and Compliance to deliver responsible gaming experiences.

Formación

At least 7 years in VIP or high-value player management in gaming.
Minimum 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
Proven VIP portfolio management, retention and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of casino operations and responsible gaming.
Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a team of VIP Account Managers and Player Development professionals.
Manage relationships with high-value casino players with personalized service.
Develop and improve VIP programs, rewards, promotions and retention strategies.
Drive VIP revenue growth through retention, reactivation and engagement.
Monitor VIP portfolio performance, player activity and team targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Payments and Compliance to deliver responsible gaming experiences.
