Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced VIP Manager to lead our VIP operations in the online casino and sportsbook space in Taguig, Philippines. You will build a high-performing team and drive personalized service for high-value players.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Payments and Compliance to optimize loyalty programs, promotions, and retention strategies while ensuring responsible gaming standards and strong revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of VIP or high-value player management experience in gaming.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record in player retention and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, loyalty programs, and responsible gaming.
• Experience using CRM systems and performance reports to monitor activity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of VIP Account Managers and Player Development professionals.
• Manage relationships with high-value casino players, ensuring personalized and professional service.
• Develop and improve VIP programs, including loyalty rewards, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Drive VIP revenue growth by improving player retention, reactivation, and engagement.
• Monitor VIP portfolio performance, player activity, and team targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Payments, and Compliance teams to deliver VIP experiences that meet responsible gaming standards.

What We're Looking For

• At least 7 years of experience in VIP or high-value player management within the gaming/casino industry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably managing VIP Account Managers or Casino Hosts.
• Proven experience managing VIP portfolios, player retention, and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of casino operations, VIP loyalty programs, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Experience using CRM systems and performance reports to monitor player activity and results.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in online casino, iGaming, or sportsbook operations.
• Background in VIP program development and player reactivation campaigns.
• Certifications in gaming operations, CRM, or responsible gambling.
