Job summary

TGT Global in the Philippines seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead Microsoft Cloud projects, automate infrastructure, and support hybrid environments from our BGC base. You will design, deploy, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and modern workplace tech while collaborating with teams to ensure reliable services.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, proactive maintenance, and clear communication with stakeholders. Day shift at the vibrant BGC office is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar senior role.
• Strong PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting with automation focus.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and modern workplace technologies.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, RDS, and hybrid infra.
• Experience designing Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune policies, and Autopilot deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, and Entra Connect.
• Advanced PowerShell with Graph API, Exchange Online Management, automation, reporting, and scheduling tasks.

Ideal Technical Profile

• 5+ years' experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar senior technical role.

• Strong PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting skills with a passion for automation and process improvement.

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and modern workplace technologies.

• Hands-on administration of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, RDS, and hybrid infrastructure.

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune compliance policies, and Windows Autopilot deployments.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 migrations, Hybrid Exchange, and Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect).

• Advanced PowerShell expertise, including Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online Management, automation, reporting, and scheduled task execution.

• Experience delivering proactive maintenance, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact users or business operations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
