Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Senior Retail and Training Executive in the Philippines to drive sales, oversee brand performance, and elevate in-store customer experiences across the retail network.

The role combines coaching, training delivery, and field-based leadership to strengthen brand standards, product knowledge, and sales capabilities while collaborating with Brand, Retail Operations, and outsourced partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years in retail operations, training, or luxury/FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail sales management, customer engagement, and training delivery.
• Experience facilitating field coaching and training programs.
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales performance of assigned niche brands across all retail locations.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales trends, identify opportunities/risks, and propose action plans.
• Analyze sell-out, productivity, conversion, and other KPIs to improve results.
• Lead training programs for Beauty Advisors, Make‑up Artists, and store staff.
• Conduct onboarding, in‑store coaching, and feedback to enhance service.
• Ensure retail operations meet standards, including VM, tester management and planograms.
• Partner with Brand, Retail Ops, and agencies to ensure staffing and execution excellence.
• Coach store teams, drive brand representation, and manage outsourced services.
