Job summary

LUXASIA Philippines is seeking a Senior Training Executive to lead learning and development for beauty retail teams across the network. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and performance.

You will conduct in-store and field coaching, collaborate with Brand and Retail Ops teams, develop content and assessments, and provide insights to improve retail outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in training, learning and development, or retail operations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel to stores for field coaching and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience.
• Conduct onboarding, certification, and ongoing training for retail personnel.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources.
• Coach store personnel and observe sales behaviors to identify development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand, Retail Ops, and HR to align training with brand standards and campaigns.
• Prepare training updates, reports, and insights for management and brand partners.
