Job summary

LUXASIA Philippines is seeking a Senior Training Executive to drive learning programs that enhance product knowledge, selling capabilities, customer service excellence, and overall retail performance.

The role combines training facilitation, field coaching, content development, and performance support while collaborating with Retail Operations and Brand teams to prepare staff for launches and campaigns. Travel to field sites is expected to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in training, learning and development, retail operations, or beauty/luxury/FMCG.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training on product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and brand standards.
• Onboarding and certification programs for newly hired retail personnel.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and constructive feedback to store personnel.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Retail Operations, and Regional teams to align training with brand standards and commercial objectives.
