Job summary

Luxasia, Inc. in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Retail and Training Executive to drive commercial performance, retail excellence, and capability development for niche and emerging beauty brands across the retail network.

As the brand custodian in the field, you will oversee sales, retail execution, customer engagement, product knowledge, and coaching, partnering with Brand, Retail Operations, Training and outsourced partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years in retail ops, training, beauty, luxury, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of retail sales management and customer engagement.
• Experience facilitating training and field coaching.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel extensively for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned niche brands across stores.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations and manage stock levels.
• Develop and deliver training for Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Advisors, Make-up Artists, and staff.
• Spend time in stores coaching and evaluating performance.
• Represent brands to internal teams and agency partners.
• Prepare reports and drive improvements from performance data.
• Manage outsourced services and agency performance.
