You will deliver classroom, virtual and in-store training, develop materials, and coordinate certification programs with Brand and Retail Operations partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, retail operations, beauty or related industries.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong coaching and observation skills with the ability to influence retail performance.
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent field visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation: conduct classroom, virtual, and in-store sessions.
• Field Coaching and Retail Excellence: observe stores and provide feedback.
