Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years in training, learning and development, retail, beauty, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong coaching and observation skills with the ability to influence retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training on product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and brand standards.
• Conduct onboarding and certification programs for newly hired retail personnel.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback through regular store visits.
• Develop and update training materials, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Brand and Retail Operations teams to identify training needs and drive performance.
