Job summary

OutForce Inc. is partnering with Motus Transport to recruit a Senior Customer Service Representative-Logistics for onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

You will manage a high-volume shared inbox, coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams, and deliver timely solutions to our customers. A fast-paced role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in logistics/transport is preferred.
• Strong written communication and professional tone.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workload.
• Attitude focused on proactive, customer-first service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails promptly with professional tone and solutions.
• Provide delivery updates and ETAs to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to fulfill orders.
• Maintain relationships with over 250 customers and ensure accuracy of records.
• Resolve issues, manage back orders, and escalate where needed.
