You will coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to resolve customer requests and maintain accurate records and reports.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering professional service and timely responses to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or related operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and MS Office knowledge.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, shipment status, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to resolve customer requests.
• Monitor shipment status and provide accurate updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain customer service reports, records, and documentation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
