Acquire Intelligence is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch/Back-End Admin professional at our Ortigas Site, Pasig City, Philippines. You will coordinate broker and customer accounts, assign drivers, track freight, and ensure timely communications with drivers, brokers, and customers.

With a minimum of one year of back-end admin processing experience.

Ability to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Handle Broker/Customer Accounts which include routing, dispatch, and monitoring of freight.
Enter dispatch information into trucking software and communicate with drivers and brokers.
Direct driver rou t es and arrange road service for truck repairs.
Track orders and freight; monitor driver utilization and productivity.
Support policy compliance and maintain security practices for workstations and data.
