The Senior CRM Representative will be onsite in Pasig, Philippines, delivering high-quality customer service, managing daily CRM tasks, and coordinating between customers and operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or CRM roles, preferably in logistics or field services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Handle 30+ calls per day and 25–30+ emails per day.
• Onboard new customers and ensure system setup is accurate.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule services and adjust bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer notes in the CRM and assist with invoicing.
