Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team in the Philippines, supporting Australian mortgage lending. You will handle end-to-end processing for residential and commercial loans, ensuring compliance and timely submission.

You will work with brokers, lenders, and clients, applying policy analysis, loan structuring, and servicing calculations to deliver accurate lending solutions within NCCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan processing or similar roles in Australian mortgage and finance.
• Experience providing parabroking support including lender policy analysis and loan structuring.
• Strong knowledge of NCCP, responsible lending, and end-to-end loan applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Australian mortgage CRM and loan lodgement platforms (Mercury Nexus, ApplyOnline, MyCRM, FLEX).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial documents and assess credit risk.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple applications and tight deadlines.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of residential and commercial loan applications through approval and settlement.
• Review and verify client documentation for completeness and compliance with lender requirements.
• Prepare and submit high-quality loan applications with servicing calculations and supporting docs.
• Provide parabroking support by assessing scenarios and recommending loan structures.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and valuers to coordinate documents.
• Monitor progress, follow up conditions, and ensure turnaround times are met.
• Ensure all applications comply with NCCP and responsible lending obligations and internal policies.
• Maintain records in CRM and loan management systems while keeping clients updated.
