Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a Loan Processor to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks, processing loan applications from pre-submission to post-approval.

You will manage documentation, perform NCCP compliance checks, data entry into MyCRM and AOL/Simpology, living expense analysis, valuation coordination, and pricing requests across multiple lenders, ensuring timely settlements and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
• Minimum 2 years of AU Mortgage Industry experience in loan processing.
• Experience with mortgage CRM systems (MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker) or other mortgage CRM software.
• Proficient with IT software and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office including Gmail or Outlook.
• Experience using project/task management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, Asana, etc).

Responsibilities

• Document management (collect, rename, organise, and follow up sensitive documentation).
• NCCP Compliance checks.
• Data entry of loan applications into MyCRM and AOL, Simpology, or lender portal.
• Living expense analysis.
• Generate application paperwork (First Home Buyer, Discharge forms).
• Order valuations and liaise with valuation firms.
• Generate and review credit reports.
• Assist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals, and Settlement Conditions.
• Cross-check approval and settlement documents against client requirements.
• Ensure settlement occurs on time and meets deadlines.
