Acquire Intelligence in the Philippines seeks an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to guide clients through every step of the mortgage journey from document collection to settlement, in a fast-paced, client-facing role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

You will coordinate with lenders, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining excellent client communication across phone, email and Zoom.

Qualificações

• Two years of Australian mortgage processing experience through lodgement to settlement.
• Experience submitting loan applications via ApplyOnline and Australian lender portals.
• Knowledge of Australian lender requirements and settlement procedures.
• Experience with Australian mortgage clients in a professional manner.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with SalesTrekker and online tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Australian residential mortgage applications from lodgement to settlement, maintaining accuracy across multiple files.
• Prepare and submit complete loan applications through ApplyOnline and lender portals; track milestones and settlement deadlines.
• Liaise with clients via telephone, email, and Zoom to explain requirements and provide updates.
• Collect, review and verify identification, income, employment, financial and property documents for completeness.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, valuers, solicitors and conveyancers as needed; assist with approvals and settlement coordination.
• Monitor signing/return of loan documents; record settlement outcomes and post-settlement actions.
