Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking a skilled Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage applications from intake to settlement. You will communicate with borrowers, review documents, and ensure compliance with lender requirements and regulatory obligations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Australian mortgage processes, excellent customer service, and proficiency with mortgage platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum two years Australian mortgage industry experience.
Experience processing Australian mortgage applications end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of Australian lender processes and documentation requirements.
Experience liaising with Australian mortgage clients.
Knowledge of approval, documentation and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

Manage Australian mortgage applications from initial processing through to settlement.
Prepare accurate and complete loan applications for submission to lenders.
Review application information and confirm all required details are provided.
Submit applications through ApplyOnline and other lender platforms.
Track applications against milestones and lender requirements.
Coordinate lender conditions and supporting documents.
Maintain organised client files and provide updates to clients.
