Qualifications

2+ years Australian Mortgage Loan Processing experience.
Strong English comprehension and spelling.
Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Review client profiles and information to complete preliminary assessments.
Assist the Finance Broker to meet compliance requirements.
Process loan applications and input data into CRM systems.
Order valuations and complete lender pricing approvals.
Coordinate document collection and packaging for submission to lenders.
Provide regular loan status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Follow up on pre-approved loans to achieve full approval and settlement.
Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, solicitors and accountants.
