Job summary

Alter Domus in Manila/Taguig is seeking a skilled loan administration professional with 3–5 years in financial services. You will process trade documents, manage records, and provide top-tier client support, while coordinating with teams to ensure accuracy and timely responses.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A merit-based development path and ACCA-related study support are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services; loan administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with organizational flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Process trade documents and retrieve reports using internal and external systems.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to respond to inquiries.
• Enter data and upload documents to the record keeping system.
• Deliver high-quality client service and resolve issues.
• Open, review, and assign loan-related files following protocols.
• Track work, escalate issues, and maintain timely delivery to business units.
• Support management by monitoring service delivery and team performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to improve efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from management and stakeholders.
