Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial services operations. You will navigate multiple systems to generate reports, coordinate with teams to ensure timely responses, and process documentation with accuracy.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a business field and 1–2 years’ relevant experience, plus strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Navigate internal and external systems to retrieve reports and data.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Process documentation and data entry into the record-keeping system.
• Provide high-quality client service, both internal and external.
• Open, review, and assign computer files per directory/file path protocols.
• Ensure work is accurate and on-time, escalating issues when needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank loan markets to communicate with counterparties.
• Support settlement processes for loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims.
• Navigate platforms to process trades and deliver relevant documents within deadlines.
