Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a mid‑senior Loan Administration professional to join our global team. You will handle documentation, data entry, and settlement processes for loan syndications, CLOs, restructures and other trade-related tasks while delivering high‑quality client service.

Candidates should hold a finance or business degree, 3–5 years in financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process loan-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely responses.
• Enter data and upload documents to record-keeping systems.
• Provide high-quality client service internally and externally.
• Monitor service delivery and team performance, escalate issues as needed.
• Support ad hoc assignments and collaborate across teams.
