Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila seeks a senior leasing professional to lead leasing planning, portfolio management, and market development for a retail-focused portfolio. The role emphasizes deal structuring, tenant sourcing, and team leadership, requiring 7+ years in retail or commercial leasing and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The position is fully onsite with a focus on delivering occupancy and revenue objectives through strategic sourcing and effective negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Experience managing leasing portfolios and commercial spaces.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding new tenants.
• Strong exposure to commercial negotiations and deal closing.
• Good understanding of retail concepts and market dynamics.
• Established relationships within the retail, F&B, lifestyle, or commercial sectors.
• Track record of delivering leasing, occupancy, or revenue objectives.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate leasing plans based on business goals and market conditions.
• Evaluate space requirements and recommend tenant concepts.
• Maintain a balanced and commercially viable tenant portfolio.
• Generate leasing opportunities through market engagement.
• Build a pipeline of qualified tenant prospects.
• Source established brands, growing businesses, and emerging retail concepts.
• Manage commercial discussions with tenants and negotiate rent and terms.
• Evaluate deals based on financial and strategic considerations.
• Track market entrants, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Build relationships with tenants and partners to support retention.
• Lead and coach leasing team to meet business targets.
