Job summary

PM Consulting in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Fully Onsite) is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive leasing plans, curate a commercial tenant portfolio, and lead a leasing team. You will source tenants, negotiate deals, and manage tenant relations to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires at least 7 years in retail or commercial leasing, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in deal closing. A related bachelor's degree is essential.

• At least 7 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Background in managing leasing portfolios and commercial spaces.
