Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst – Financial Management to join our Lease Administration team and manage client portfolios with a high degree of independence.

You will generate monthly reporting packages, audit internal work, reconcile operating expenses, review landlord invoices, and prepare client invoices while ensuring compliance with lease terms and internal controls. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduates with commerce/finance background or equivalent experience in lease administration.
• 3–5 years of lease administration experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consultancy.
• Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is useful; experience with a lease management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly reporting package with critical date and portfolio summaries.
• Audit completed works by Lease Administration teams and reconcile operating expenses.
• Review landlord invoices to ensure lease compliance and generate AP/AR reporting.
• Prepare monthly client invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Assist in transition of new accounts into JLL responsibility and support ad hoc projects.
• Train new staff when required and uphold JLL values.
