Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst – Financial Management in the Philippines to support Lease Administration for client accounts. You will manage the lease database, prepare monthly reports, audit internal processes, and ensure timely invoicing and payment workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years in lease administration, knowledge of real estate leases and accounting, and strong skills in Excel and data management.

Qualifications

• University graduates in Commerce/Finance or equivalent work experience in lease administration.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in lease administration in a corporate, third‑party service, or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is useful; experience using a property management/lease administration system.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for interactions to keep the lease administration database current and accurate.
• Generate monthly reporting packages including critical date and portfolio summaries; audit work performed by Lease Administration teams; reconcile operating expenses for clients.
• Review landlord invoices to ensure lease compliance; generate AP reporting and prepare invoices for payment; perform AR reporting and communicate on outstanding payments.
• Assist in transition of new accounts into JLL responsibility; manage ad hoc projects; train new staff; collaborate with the team to uphold JLL values.
