Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare/release invoices to tenants for rent, dues and utilities.
• Maintain the customer ledger of tenants to record issued invoices and payments received.
• Maintain the 201 file of individual tenants including client identification, contracts, signatories, etc.
• Update weekly/monthly AR reports including collection efficiency.
• Liaise with government offices regarding permits, fees, and licenses.
• Prepare all financial reports including the annual budget.
