Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Specialist – Account Management to independently manage lease administration, maintain documentation accuracy, and liaise with internal teams for timely completion of tasks. You will support client reporting, invoicing, and payment processes while upholding compliance and data integrity.

The role requires a university background in Commerce/Finance or equivalent experience, with strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and experience with lease administration systems.
• Strong knowledge of data accuracy and ability to manage AP/AR in lease context.
• Experience in corporate or third-party lease administration environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly reporting packages with critical date and portfolio summaries.
• Audit works completed by Lease Administration teams.
• Perform operational expense reconciliation and update lease system.
• Review landlord invoices for lease compliance and process AP/AR reporting.
• Prepare monthly client invoices and communicate on outstanding payments.
