Job summary

JLL in Manila seeks an experienced Lease Administration Manager to lead a team of abstractors and double checkers, ensuring accurate lease data and timely, high-quality client deliverables.

You will oversee KPIs (quality, TAT, productivity), mentor staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage related contracts and monthly billing. A PMP/MBA is preferred, with at least 7 years in lease administration or real estate accounting, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in lease administration or real estate accounting.
• PMP or MBA preferred.
• Experience with lease administration systems and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of lease administration for multiple accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of abstractions and double checkers to meet SLAs.
• Ensure accuracy of client lease databases and timely Turn Around Times.
