Qualifications

• Lease Abstraction expertise with at least five years of experience.
• Experience in real estate commercial lease abstractions is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead abstraction projects.

Responsibilities

• Abstract leases and input data into master lease databases with accuracy.
• Manage abstraction projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet timelines.
• Review documents, verify data, and resolve abstraction-related queries.
• Document processes and assist in mentoring new team members.
