Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite.
• Strong administrative skills in organization and time management.
• Good reporting, analytics, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting/rotating schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and relationship management to clients across channels (calls, emails, chats).
• Manage and configure properties, SLAs, and tenant- and company-related records.
• Handle user administration, permissions, and notifications for property management platform.
• Support SLA definitions, issue types, and escalation paths for timely resolutions.
• Assist with data reporting, dashboard views, and financial/billing configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements and policy updates.
