Job summary

You will create assessments, oversee project timelines, and support program delivery with trainer enablement.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in instructional design and content development.
• Proficient in e-learning development applications (Articulate, Captivate).
• Experience with video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere or Powtoon.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
• Analyze competency requirements to design training models for learner needs.
• Lead training reviews and apply recommendations from resources.
• Research and validate information to ensure accuracy in content.
• Create curricula, storyboards and multimedia learning materials.
• Develop slides, guides, e-learning, videos and job aids.
• Collaborate with partners to include learning courses in programs.
• Publish materials on learning platforms with the technical team.
• Create assessments and case studies; monitor timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
• Deliver learning programs and enable training resources; conduct train-the-trainer sessions if needed.
• Record and evaluate training data to gauge effectiveness using appropriate metrics.
