Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including large e-learning projects.
• Excellent communication in English; foreign language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive, multimedia learning experiences for a global audience.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions with hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with global SMEs to translate business needs into instructional solutions.
• Apply modern LXD standards and best practices across projects.
