Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks an experienced Sr. Exec L&D to design, deliver, and assess learning programs. You will translate customer needs into effective training solutions and deploy EY’s global content, while delivering behavioural training and supporting L&D operations.

You will interface with internal customers, manage training calendars, lead projects such as New Hire Orientation and Higher Education, and ensure data reporting and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to address multiple audiences
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs to suggest appropriate learning solutions
• Design and deliver training modules, including deploying Global EY training content
• Deliver behavioural training programs and training on the use of L&D tools
• Assist in L&D Operations
• Interface with internal customers to understand and cater to learning requirements
• Publish and manage periodic training calendars for service lines; drive nominations and coordinate with delivery partners
• Own and deliver learning-related projects (e.g., New Hire Orientation, Higher Education); manage data and reporting
• Monitor the quality of training delivery with delivery partners
