The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of adult learning theories and proficiency in Zoom/MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices preferred
• Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
• Experience in working in business systems such as RGH, OIT and ICON, preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learning
• Manage instructor-led trainings and training processes to maximize value
• Create and curate training materials, curricula, and programs based on learning needs
