Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Learning Development and Delivery professional to design, deploy and evaluate training solutions that build employee capabilities in line with business strategies.

The role collaborates with leaders and SMEs to deliver instructor-led trainings, develop curricula and manage third-party trainings, with a focus on effective learning experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices preferred
• Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
• Experience in working in business systems such as RGH, OIT and ICON, preferred
• Strong understanding of at-Home Solutions Edgepark products, processes and functions, preferred
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Apply working knowledge to perform varied tasks within scope
• Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity, identify solutions
• Apply judgment within defined parameters
• Receive guidance and may receive detailed instruction on new projects
• Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
