Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Learning Development and Delivery professional to lead instructor-led and virtual training across geographies, ensuring courses align with business goals. You will coordinate schedules, evaluate courses, and collaborate with IDD to improve content and delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong facilitation, communication, and MS Office skills, with experience in healthcare or pharma. Hybrid work and US business hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or call center industries is required.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical business segment is an advantage
• Experience in facilitating training in both virtual and in-person settings
• Strong communication, engagement, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications to create and display reports and dashboards
• Willing to work on hybrid set-up and during US business hours
• Internal candidates are required to have worked in a B4, P1 and P2 role for at least one year before being considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning to multiple geographies and business segments (onsite and virtual).
• Coordinate training schedules and administer processes.
• Evaluate courses to align with business objectives and learning needs.
• Provide feedback on course design to the IDD team and to participants.
• Demonstrate knowledge of presentation/facilitation tools and classroom techniques.
