Baskit in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead Modern Trade relationships and drive revenue growth with major retailers across Metro Manila. You will develop strategic plans and ensure flawless program execution in a fast-paced market.

You will prepare budgets, own P&L for key accounts, coach a team of account professionals, and onboard 3-4 new MT accounts monthly, building strong partnerships with retailers.

Qualifications

• Senior Key Account Manager with Modern Trade experience.
• Experience managing large retailers such as SM Group, Puregold, 7-Eleven, and Mercury Drug.
• Strong budgeting, P&L ownership, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Modern Trade relationships with major retailers to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare yearly and quarterly budgets and own P&L for key accounts.
