Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management seeks an experienced IT Solution Architect to design enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. You will lead architecture across Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Grafana, and multi-cloud integrations, aligning with corporate standards and business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise IT monitoring or senior architecture, with hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps and strong scripting skills. Hybrid work with 2-3 days on-site weekly in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT monitoring or senior architecture roles.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and ITOM AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise monitoring architecture设计 and strategy.
• Collaborate with design leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Architect multi-cloud monitoring across SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Translate requirements into cost-effective technical solutions.
• Manage day-to-day architectural design and PoC initiatives.
