PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a capable IT support specialist to provide end-to-end technical support for about 180 staff across editorial, sales, creative, finance, and management. You will set up and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices, while managing access in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

The role emphasizes network upkeep (LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN/Firewall), SaaS administration, system updates, security practices, and incident response.

Competenze

4–6 years in IT support, system administration, or similar role
Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments
Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Clear English communication, able to explain technical issues to non‑tech users
Knowledge of security best practices and endpoint management

Mansioni

Provide first-line and second-line technical support to ~180 staff across multiple teams
Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Maintain office network including LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall; coordinate with ISPs
Administer SaaS and cloud tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, etc.)
Perform system updates, patching, endpoint protection, and data backups
Assist with onboarding/offboarding (devices, accounts)
Track and resolve IT tickets; maintain knowledge base
Enforce security policies (passwords, 2FA, device encryption)
Monitor systems for unusual activity and respond to incidents
Ensure compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act
Liaise with external vendors for procurement and support
Assist with AV setup for events and productions
