Job summary

Beyond is seeking an IT Administrator to manage central business applications including Google Workspace, Atlassian, and ZenDesk. You will support users, respond to incidents, and help improve continuity and disaster recovery processes across multiple office locations.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar IT/tech admin position, solid SaaS knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar IT/tech admin role.
• Experience configuring and managing Google Workspace per best practices.
• Knowledge deploying and managing an EDR platform.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS services and security basics.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve core applications (Google Workspace, Atlassian, ZenDesk, etc.).
• Provide user support across central business apps including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Assist business continuity and disaster recovery testing and planning.
• Contribute to security program through investigations and best practices.
• Maintain inventory records of devices, cloud assets, configurations, access rights, and costs.
• Monitor security posture of end user devices and vulnerability management.
• Manage internal service desk queue and assist with IT projects.
• Deploy and manage security tools on end-user devices.
• Provide proactive/reactive support for meeting room tech and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to AV/IT.
• Do routine checks for monitors and peripherals across offices.
• Perform PAT testing on IT/AV equipment per UK safety standards.
• Apply deep IT infra and AV knowledge to troubleshoot integrated systems.
