Job summary

HirebizMed is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles in Cebu. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate assessments while collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a fair hiring process.

You will manage candidate pipelines, maintain records, provide updates to stakeholders, and mentor junior recruiters, supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting for IT and technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and candidate fit.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS, professional networks and social media sourcing.
• Ability to collaborate with local and remote teams on-site in Cebu.
• Senior/lead recruiting track record; healthcare or BPO experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified IT and technical candidates across channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate technical assessments and reviews.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and craft job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
