Hirebiz Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our Cebu City team. The candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT contracts, sourcing and placing qualified technical professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of IT contract recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of delivering quality hires. This is a 100% onsite position based in Cebu City with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT contract recruiting.
• Proven experience filling IT roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills including passive candidates.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Source IT professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple requisitions.
• Identify active and passive candidates, including hard-to-reach talent.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, communication, motivation and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates with profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide timely updates to candidates, account managers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets for activity and placements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Recruiting Leadership.
