Zusammenfassung

Astreya PHP, Philippine Branch, is seeking a Project & Program Management I to plan and coordinate information system projects from initiation to delivery, including network/server/software deployments and PC rollouts. You will guide IT staff and partners, define requirements, feasibility studies, and build detailed plans to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years related experience or equivalent.
Ability to plan, organize and communicate across project teams.
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

Manage cross-functional and technical projects from initiation to delivery.
Plan, design, procure, deploy, and post-deployment activities.
Maintain project documentation, risk analysis, and KPIs.
Coordinate meetings with core teams and stakeholders.
Track milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
Assist with post-project results evaluation and process improvements.
Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal partners.
