Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator III to plan and coordinate project activities from initiation to delivery in a remote setup with Philippines time zones. The role involves logistics planning, server/software upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams.

You will support SDMs/PMs, gather requirements, track milestones, and provide status updates while maintaining documentation and producing actionable insights for management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years related experience.
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine action.
• Flexibility essential; office and remote commitments; occasional schedule shifts.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems.
• Understanding of or experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proactive, dependable with customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload; work both in team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews; follow up on actions.
• Communicate status to the team clearly and accurately.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, work hours and expenditures.
• Identify issues, resolve blockers, escalate to manager.
• Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor the ticketing system and reassign/create tickets as needed.
• Produce regular reports; identify trends or recurring problems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge and skills; keep up-to-date.
• Work with SDMs/Project Managers to support analytical needs and KPIs.
• Other duties as required.
