Job summary

Astreya in the Philippines is seeking a Project & Program Management I to plan and coordinate information system projects from initiation to delivery, often involving network, server, software deployments and PC rollouts. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define scope, manage milestones, risks and deliverables, and produce documentation and status updates.

Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience, strong communication, multitasking and quick learning abilities are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a college or university.
0–2 years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedules.
Familiarity with creating project documents, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

Manages cross-functional and technical projects throughout initiation, design, procurement, deployment and post-deployment phases.
Coordinate with functional teams and vendors to define scope and objectives.
Track milestones, timelines and deliverables; maintain risk analyses and reviews.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, process documents and training materials.
Provide regular status updates and drive change management as needed.
Assist with process improvements and utilization of metrics, SLAs and KPIs.
