Job summary

HRTX in Canlubang, Laguna is seeking an IT Head to lead the IT function, shaping technology strategy, managing SAP and enterprise systems, and ensuring reliable operations. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, lead a team, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions.

This onsite role requires strong leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

12–15 years of managing IT operations, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven strategic and hands-on IT leadership experience.
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments (FMCG/pharma/manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems; track record in IT projects.

Responsibilities

Lead IT strategy, roadmap, operations and service delivery for the organization.
Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems management.
Administer and optimize SAP and other enterprise systems.
Drive IT projects, upgrades, integrations and process improvements.
Ensure availability, security and efficiency of critical systems; pursue continuous improvement.
Provide hands-on support for major initiatives when required.
Partner with senior management to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Develop and manage the IT team with accountability and collaboration.
