This onsite role requires strong leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15 years of managing IT operations, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven strategic and hands-on IT leadership experience.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments (FMCG/pharma/manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems; track record in IT projects.

• Lead IT strategy, roadmap, operations and service delivery for the organization.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems management.
• Administer and optimize SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Drive IT projects, upgrades, integrations and process improvements.
• Ensure availability, security and efficiency of critical systems; pursue continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on support for major initiatives when required.
