Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Head to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT strategy. The role requires leading the IT function and team, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring security and reliability of systems onsite in Laguna.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and experience managing IT projects, budgets, and vendors, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably with leadership or management experience.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT teams and technology projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function and team.
